Drawing upon decades of experience in this space, we will co-create a 12-month Communications and Engagement Plan to ensure your entire team are fully engaged and aligned by taking them on the journey.

The Gift of Winter

Benjamin Haynes

Benjamin is a branding and communications expert with over 18 years experience in media and advertising.

He began his career in television, working on the launch of the National Geographic Channel for Israel, followed by a several years at British Sky Broadcasting. Benjamin then took a role as brand strategist for MTV networks Europe, working on the launch of both MTV France and MTV Netherlands.

Upon returning to Australia, Benjamin has worked as a senior media, digital, brand and communications Strategist for some of the largest brands in the world, helping them to transform their identity, communications, employee experience and customer propositions.

He is a former Managing Partner of One Health Organisation – a United Nations DPI registered Not For Profit, focussed on health inequity amongst vulnerable communities within Australia, and around the globe. He owns a community healthcare business in Sydney and sits on the board of ICAM (International Council of Ayurvedic Medicine).

Lawrence Mitchell

Lawrence has a background in corporate and entrepreneurial leadership in fast changing environments. He was Chief Marketing Officer for a division of the RELX Group in London, and was part of the Leadership Team that saw the business transform from a declining, trade magazine business into a $4bn data, analytics and software business.
It was whilst working for the RELX Group in London that Lawrence developed an interest in workplace wellbeing, through a recognition that the only way to successful and sustainable business transformation was by paying attention to the people.
In 2014, Lawrence took on the role of Chief Wellbeing Officer and developed the award winning ‘Living Well Programme’ that has since gone onto impact the lives of thousands of employees working in 50 locations around the world.
Lawrence is the CEO of APAC for Wellbeing at Work World, hosting annual summits in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore and Mumbai. He is the author of three books on wellbeing,  including: Success without Stress: How to Prevent Burnout and Build Resilience for Optimal Health and Performance.
