Shankpushpi Capsules: Organic

Shankpushpi is primarily used as a nerve tonic in Ayurveda. It has traditionally been the premier herb for those suffering with anxiety or insomnia. With a slight sedative action, it can work to ‘take the edges off’ during the day if taken in the morning and to promote restful sleep at night. Described by some clients as similar in feeling to a ‘herbal valium’. Shankpushpi has also been shown to be very helpful where emotional stress or anxiety is felt in the stomach and impacts the digestion.
